Burglary detection
Burglar alarms and window sensors can notify you when an uninvited guest breaks into your rental unit. Get a notification to your smartphone when an alarm trips, or activate your components remotely and let in maintenance or guests when you’re not home.
Fire and safety detectors
Ordinary smoke detectors will come standard with your rental unit, but not other safety sensors. Install a wireless carbon monoxide alarm or water sensor to notify you and the monitoring experts to danger before it’s too late.
HD security cameras
A security cameras can be wirelessly put up so you can watch over certain rooms. A doorbell camera gives you the option to see -- and converse with -- guests at the front door. Watch real-time HD feeds and texts about possible lurkers through the mobile security app.
Round-the-clock monitoring
One of the benefits of choosing Vivint is the monitoring team that back up triggered alarms. When a device trips, your monitoring experts immediately calls you to see if you’re safe. Then they’ll turn around and call the emergency agency.
Automation devices
